XA is our unique method of helping people get strong and more flexible through the use of our fitness mobility board. The XA360 board helps activate, control, strengthen, and stretch the muscles to better align the body. It engages the core and functional muscles that enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. This versatile board can be utilized on the floor as well as on the Pilates reformer and chair.


The XA360 board rotates when there is uneven distribution of weight or a lack of control, prompting the user to slow down their movements or move with more precision.
